Liz CollinsMy work is a colorful exploration of the world; from own backyard to the world afar. Inspired by travels from Mexico to Italy to India, I use a multi-layered painting technique with acrylic paint, oil pastels, resists, maps and found writings.
Oil pastels and acrylics as my” background” media I mostly work on panel that has been gessoed, then finally, coated with an archival varnish.
